By registering for 2ProsperUTraffic.com you agree that you have read these terms and agreements, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior written permission from 2ProsperUTraffic.com, you may only register for one 2ProsperUTraffic.com account. Do NOT Place Your Account in unsubscription mode.  You Must Keep your Account in Active subscribed mode at all times. Willing to Receive Newsletters Mode! If you are an upgraded member you may place your account in unsubscribe mode for 14 days a year without risking suspension or deletion, but you must contact us first, so we will be aware of this and won't reactive your account or delete it. We have the right to refuse service to anyone, (whether free or upgraded member or refuse any posting of ad(s).  We have the right to reactive your account if it is in unsubscribed mode. If you do not want your account to be resubscribed, login to your account and Delete your Account, else you will be in violation of our terms.

2ProsperUTraffic.com's Admin and Staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and the right to refuse advertising or membership to anyone, or suspend or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination member will lose all credits, ads, referrals, commission and NO REFUNDS will be provided.

You may not promote 2ProsperUTraffic.com in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting 2ProsperUTraffic.com in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your 2ProsperUTraffic.com account and possible legal action. You Can Only Promote 2ProsperUTraffic.com in Opt In or Double Opt In Ad Programs and Mailing Lists. Spam fines will be passed on to you and your account deleted and all referrals and commissions lost and your IPS address blocked from ALL of our advertising programs, with NO refunds given.

Members are completely responsible for the content they promote using 2ProsperUTraffic.com. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. 2ProsperUTraffic.com is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

Ad Posting Rules

Before submitting a URL to 2ProsperUTraffic.com, please read these terms and the FAQs Page very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these terms, your ad will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your 2ProsperUTraffic.com account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity. No Warez-cracks-copyright infringement. Ponzei/pyramid schemes, Cash Gifting of any kind, Investment/WOM/Double Your Money/Chain Letter/PTCs/Randomizers/HYIP type programs. Other material we find inappropriate.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content. No Dating Sites. No sexual orienated, porn, vulgar or obscene looking sites Or language. Other material we find inappropriate.

*No Racist or Political Content. No Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia or drugs of any kind, alcohol, cigarette CBD or Cannibas sites.

*No Get Rich Quick Schemes or Chain Letters.

*No Rotators. NO Surfing Pages or Links from other Ad Programs.

*No HYIPs or Autosurf Sites.  These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites or Any Sites that Exaggerate their Earning Potential. No Illegal or questionable activity

*2ProsperUTraffic.com has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

*Make sure that you avatar picture is modest as well, we are not a dating site.

Solo Ad Rules

The Solo, Startpage and Login Ads Submitting rules are the same as the Ad Posting Rules and the FAQ terms in addition to:

*Keep Your Emails Short - 1 to 2 Paragraphs Long. Get Our Members to Your Website ASAP!  No Long Drawn Out Ads.
  No URLs in the Body or subject area of the ad.

*No false subject lines. Make sure you can back up all of what your message claims.

*No gleaning email addresses.

No porno, inappropriate pictures, illegal drug related, foul language or stuff promoting that industry, however, 2ProsperUTraffic.com cannot guarantee that member's sites do not contain such material. If you wouldn't want your kids looking at it, please don't display it here. We are a Family orienated "G" Rated Site. Sites MUST be 100% in English.

Purchasing Rules
All Purchases/Upgrades are Final!
No Refunds Allowed!

* Make Sure You Understand What You are paying for. If you make a mistake, we cannot correct it.

* No Duplicate Accounts Allowed.

You must contact us First, if you have a problem and give us time to reply to your concern and work out your problem. If you contact a payment service, before you give us a chance to help you, then your account will be deleted and all referrals and commissions lost and your IPS address blocked from ALL of our advertising programs, with NO refunds given. We will work with you to the best of our ability, but due to the electronic nature of this advertising, and problems we have had in the past from cheaters, we do not give refunds. Once Your account is deleted, we will Not be able to retrieve or reactivate it.

We are also not responsible for any loss of data, referrals or commissions, should our server go down, or the hosting company skips town. But we have made sure, to the best of our research, that our hosting company is Very reputable and can be trusted.
